How MediRX Works

MediRX makes it simple to access provider-led weight loss and longevity treatments through a streamlined, secure online process.

Here’s what to expect from start to finish 👇



1. Complete Your Online Intake

You’ll begin by filling out a secure medical intake form. This includes:

  • Health history

  • Current medications

  • Lifestyle information

  • Photos or labs (if requested)

This information allows our licensed medical providers to determine whether treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

⏱ Most intakes take 5–10 minutes to complete.


2. Provider Review

Once your intake is submitted, it’s reviewed by a licensed medical provider in your state.

Depending on your case, this may be:

  • Asynchronous review (no live visit required), or

  • Synchronous review (a short video visit is required)

If a video visit is needed, you’ll be prompted to schedule it after checkout.


3. Approval or Disqualification

After review, one of the following will happen:

  • Approved – Your prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy for fulfillment.

  • Additional info needed – We’ll contact you if clarification is required.

  • Not approved – If treatment isn’t medically appropriate, you’ll receive a full refund.

Your safety always comes first.


4. Pharmacy Fulfillment & Shipping

Once approved:

  • Your prescription is prepared by a licensed pharmacy

  • Your medication is shipped directly to your door

  • Tracking details are sent once available

Shipping timelines vary by medication and location, but most orders ship within a few business days after approval.


5. Ongoing Support & Follow-Ups

MediRX is a subscription-based program designed for ongoing care.

Depending on your plan, this may include:

  • Periodic provider check-ins

  • Dose adjustments (when appropriate)

  • Ongoing prescription refills

  • Access to support for billing, orders, and account questions


Important Things to Know

  • All prescriptions require provider approval

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time with proper notice before your billing date

  • If you’re disqualified for medical reasons, you’ll receive a full refund
