1. Provider Review
A licensed provider will review your information and determine if treatment is appropriate for you.
2. Prescription & Delivery
If approved, your prescription will be sent to one of our partner pharmacies and delivered directly to your door.
3. State Regulations
Please note that telemedicine regulations vary by state. Some states allow asynchronous care (evaluation based on a submitted questionnaire), while others require a live video or phone consultation before a prescription can be issued.
If a synchronous consultation is required in your state, we will contact you to arrange a time that works best for you.
4. Ongoing Support
You'll have access to ongoing support from our care team throughout your treatment to keep you on track.
