If you need a break from your treatment, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling.
How to pause your subscription:
Go to https://my.medirx.org and log in with your email.
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Treatments.
Click View orders.
Select the treatment you'd like to update.
Click the ... Manage option (bottom-right of the treatment card).
Scroll down to the Auto-ship section.
Toggle the Auto-ship switch off.
Your subscription will automatically resume after your chosen pause period ends.
