How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

​How to track your order:

1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation

2. Click the tracking link in the email

3. You will be directed to the carrier's

tracking page

Alternatively:

1. Log in to your patient portal at https://medirx.org/

2. Click on 3 bars on the top right corner

3. Click My Account

4. Click Track Order option on the top toolbar to track your order
