We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, here's how:
Option 1 — Through your patient portal:
Go to https://my.medirx.org and log in with your email.
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Treatments.
Click View orders.
Select the treatment you'd like to cancel.
Click the ... Manage option (bottom-right of the treatment card).
Scroll down and click Cancel treatment.
Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
Option 2 — Contact support:
Email us at [email protected] and our team will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
Important notes:
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged
- Any medications already shipped cannot be returned
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
